Thank you for shopping at ShopyRayss. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help — within the guidelines below.


🔄 Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 4 to 5 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this window may not be accepted.


🛍️ Items Eligible for Return

Only full-price items are eligible for return or exchange.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


✔️ Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • With all original tags attached

  • In the same condition as received


🔁 Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item (different size or color) if all return conditions are met. Availability of exchanged items is subject to stock.


📨 How to Request a Return

You can request a return or exchange by:

  • Filling out the return form on our website

  • Calling our customer service line (contact info available on the site)

We’ll provide instructions and confirm eligibility.


💳 Refunds via Store Credit

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue store credit only (no cash refunds) within 1 to 3 working days.

Store credit can be used for future purchases on our website and does not expire.


🚫 No Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds for used, late, or damaged return items. Items not meeting return conditions will be sent back to the customer.

  • We cover return shipping costs for approved returns.

  • Returned items that do not meet the policy conditions will be declined and returned to the sender.
